I love flowers, and the iris is one of my favorites. It reminds me of my childhood garden, and of my grandfather, as it was his favorite flower. So when I was asked if I could paint a children’s name poster with irises, I didn’t hesitate to say yes.

The iris flower is a vibrant, elegant bloom with intricate petals and a striking color palette that makes it a wonderful subject for a children’s name poster.
