More than a poster
From idea and sketch to the final brushstrokes, every design is created by hand by artist Maja Kjær. Printing is carried out in partnership with a carefully selected fine-art print studio in Aveiro, Portugal, chosen for its meticulous high standards and consistency.
Each piece is produced as a giclée print, which is a printing technique that use pigment-based inks that are fade-resistant, delivering outstanding colour accuracy and delicate detail. Prints are made on 270 gsm, acid-free fine-art paper with a smooth surface and subtle grain reminiscent of the original watercolour paper, resulting in long-lasting, gallery-quality artwork.
