Return Policy

As all our products are printed to order and customized for each purchase, they are generally non-returnable. However, we remain committed to quality and customer satisfaction, and if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@majakjaer.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Since our products are custom-made for each order, they are non-returnable unless there is a defect, damage, or error in the order. This policy complies with EU regulations on custom-made items, which allow exceptions from return obligations for goods made to the consumer's specifications.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Printed-to-order and custom items unless defective or incorrect
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, such as our printed-to-order items. If your order does not fall under the custom-made exception, we will honor the 14-day cooling-off period for eligible items, which must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

If a return or cancellation is approved due to damage, defect, or our error, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
