Processing Time

All art prints are made to order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping.

Shipping Method & Carrier

Orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service).

All shipments include tracking.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Art prints are carefully packed in clear cellophane bags to protect them from moisture. Art prints are shipped in rigid cardboard envelopes or sturdy cardboard mailing tubes for safe delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

Portugal: 2–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
