This painting was inspired by a wonderful experience of true sisterhood I had at a women's surf-retreat in 2023. Women from all walks of life, coming together, with one thing in common: their love for the ocean. Nobody knew each other beforehand, but warm hearts, open minds and no judgement created and embracing and safe space. We all came with our own challenges in life, but everyone left feeling a little more empowered and inspired. 

When women support women, amazing things happen.

Giclée prints are fine art digital prints made with mineral pigment-based inks on high quality paper, which ensures the highest lifespan. 

"Friendships and Waves" is printed on 25% cotton and 75% α-cellulose fine art paper (270 gsm), with a smooth texture and a light grain, reminiscent of the original watercolor paper. 

The print is available in size A5, A4, A3 & A2.
