Step into the jungle with this vibrant name poster and add some colour to the walls of your nursery. This watercolour illustration features tropical plants and animals of the rainforest.
On a tree branch lounges the majestic jaguar, and among monstera and strelitzia leaves stands the long-legged flamingo with it's beautiful pink feathers. Discover all the animals together with your child. You will find the tiny yet magnificent hummingbird savoring the nectar of a pink mandevilla flower, the blue morpho butterfly with a wingspan of up to 12 cm and in the tree tops a squirrel monkey is climbing with its long tail swinging behind. On a branch under purple orchids a hornbill is perched, and finally we have the bright and colourful ara macaw, with red, green, yellow and blue feathers.
This name poster, inspired by the lush evergreen jungle of South America, is for all the little Tarzan and Janes around the world!
From watercolour to finished print
Each illustration begins by hand with pencil, brush and watercolour. The original painting is then carefully digitised and prepared for print, preserving the delicate textures, brushstrokes and unique character of the original watercolour.
